Bridge Saw Output

We have a Breton Speedycut FK/NC 800 bridge saw with one table. We cut from DXF files, all of our jobs are custom (very few straight runs), and (http://maplered.com) about half have backsplash. There is currently a debate raging about how much the saw should be able to produce in an 8 hr shift. Breton says the saw is technically capable of doing something on the order of 20 Slabs (http://www.VerdeUbatuba.com) /day, but we're closer to 10 (per shift). I'm hoping to get some idea about what other shops are achieving in bridge saw production, doing comparable work.
